Normally at this time, I’d be driving across the state to attend RadCon. However, with the pandemic restrictions still going on, RadCon had gone virtual this year. I’ll still be part of it, and still be doing panels, but it won’t be quite the same without the in-person components. Still, I’m looking forward to it! And hopefully later this year, we can get back to in-person gatherings.
I’m still writing. Working on the sequel to Winterlight, as well as a separate post-apocalyptic fantasy. My goal is to release both in 2021.
I’ve also been learning leatherworking! It’s a fun new hobby for me. Here are a couple things I’ve made so far.

Things have been busy. Earlier this year, I requested and was granted a rights reversion from the publisher on The Chosen of the Spears series. I’ve been working on republishing them myself–and you might notice that “Shrouded Sky” has a lovely new cover.
Next up will be the first release of Book 3, “Fate of the Lost,” which should happen in June. After that, I hope to get the yet-untitled sequel to “Winterlight” out as well.

In addition to writing, I also bake, and I have been getting into cake decorating. There are so many amazing works of art people can craft in confections, and I’ve not even scratched the surface, but I have made some that I particularly like. This is the most recent, made for a family member’s birthday.
